No. Reside in Portugal is the online service of BOCEAN IMMIGRATION PORTUGAL, LDA (NIPC 519043731). We are not affiliated with the Portuguese government, the tax authority (AT), AIMA or any consulate. Official documents are issued by those bodies.

Each door has one flat fee in USD: D7 $1,490, D8 $1,490, D2 with LDA $2,890, Portuguese LDA $1,190, Golden Visa $7,990 (family included), IFICI $1,390. The Lisbon address starts from $22 a month plus 23% VAT, and the NIF is issued through NIF Express for €49.99. Government fees are separate and shown before you commit.

For the NIF, no. The process is remote and you sign electronically in the portal. Visa routes have their own requirements, which each service page explains.

NIF: 5 to 14 business days from signature. D7: 4 to 8 months. Other timelines depend on the authority, and each service page shows the official ones.

By card through Stripe. Fees are shown in USD before you pay, and your receipt is kept in your client area.

Electronically, in the portal. You see the document, sign, and the signed copy is stored in your case.
