What it is
Your case, documents and mail in one place
The client area is where a Reside service happens after checkout: you upload documents, sign, follow your case and, with the Lisbon address, handle your mail. On a phone it runs inside the Blue Ocean app with the Reside theme.

Common questions
Is this a separate app?
No. Reside is a theme inside the Blue Ocean app. The same account and the same portal, in the Reside look.
Do I need the app?
No. Everything works in the browser at the client login. The app is the same portal on your phone.
How do I sign in?
With a link sent to your email. There is no password to remember.
Is it secure?
Sign-in is by email link, payments go through Stripe and data is hosted in the EU. See the privacy policy.
